Covey, • • RESOLUTION NO. 2953 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM URBAN MASSET Recitals: 1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Urban Masset has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1. An easement for municipal purposes for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: The South 30.00 Feet of the following described Parcel A. Parcel A: The East 60 feet of Tract A, hereinafter described, being that portion of said tract a lying East of a line 60 feet West and Parallel to the East line of said Tract A which is described as follows: Tract A: A Tract of land lying in the North half of Lot 37, Park Orchard Tracts, in Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 28 E, W.M., Grant County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the North quarter corner of the Southwest quarter aforesaid and running South 00°10'45" West, A distance of 898.10 feet; thence North 89°49'17" West, a distance of 658.78 feet to monument which is the centerline and the west boundary line of Luta Street, as shown on the Plat of Paxson Plat, as per Plat Recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 18, Records of Grant County, said point being the True Point of Beginning of the property herein described; thence North 00°11'05" East, a distance of 210 feet; thence North 89°49'17" West, a distance of 628.76 feet; thence South 00°09'50" West, a distance of 210 feet, thence South 89°49'17" East, a distance of 628.78 feet to the True Point of Beginning. • ACCEPTED by the City Council on February 26, 2008.
