A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A HEARING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE UTILITY
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.4 FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR
HEARING UPON SAID ROLLAND PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE IN THE
MATTER PROVIDED BY LAW
RECITALS:
1. The Municipal Services Director has prepared the final assessment roll for Utility Local Improvement
District No. 4 for sewer improvements in the following area of the city:
Larson Plat in Section 10,T. 19 N., R. 28 E.,W.M.,Larson Plat No. 2 in Section 10, T. 19 N., R. 28 E.,
W.M.,Replatof Block 2, Larson Plat No. 2 in Section 10,T. 19 N. R. 28 E.,W.M.,SW 1/4 SW 1/4 in
Section 10 T. 19 N.,R. 28 E. W.M., Park Orchards Tract 42 Section 15, T. 19 N., R. 28 E. W.M.
RESOLVED:
1.That itis the intent of the City Council of Moses Lakethat a hearing be held on March 13,1990 at 8 p.m.
inthe Council Chambers in the Police/Court Facility on the final assessment roll for U.L.I.D.No. 4 as
prepared by the Municipal Services Director.
2. That at the time and place fixed forthe hearingthe City Council will sit as a board of equalization and
will consider the objections made and will correct, revise,raise,lower,change, or modifythe roll orany
partthereof or set aside the roll and order the assessment to be made de novo, and at the conclusion
thereof confirm the roll by ordinance.
3. That all persons who may wish to object to said assessments are notifiedto make such objections in
writing and to file the same with the Finance Directorat or priorto the date fixed for such hearing.
