A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM
MOSES LAKE MALL,A WASHINGTON GENERAL PARTNERSHIP.
Recitals:
1*Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate, or
any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be
accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City
Council.
2^HARLAN D.DOUGLASS AND LAWRENCE S.MCLEAN,have presented an
easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved;
1*The easement for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A 40 FOOT RADIUS EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A MUNICIPAL WELL LOCATED IN TRACT 4 OF PARK
ORCHARD TRACTS IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15,
TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH RANGE 28 EAST,W.M.,ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF FILED DECEMBER 7,1914 ON PAGE 36 OF THE ACREAGE PLAT
BOOK,RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY,WASHINGTON.THE CENTER POINT OF
SAID 40 FOOT RADIUS BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 15;THENCE
