A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO.2
OF GRANT COUNTY,FROM THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,WASHINGTON.
Recitals:
1*Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake, shall not be granted
until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
Resolved:
1*An easement for the following described property is hereby granted
by the City of Moses Lake:
Lot 1,McCosh Park Plat,as per the plat thereof recorded in Grant
County,Washington.
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED this covers the right of the Grantee
for electrical facilities as now staked and to be constructed
thereon.
That certain Easement entered into by and between PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT NO. 2 OF GRANT COUNTY and,City of Moses Lake,dated May
16, 1961,recorded May 25, 1961,under Auditor's File No.386837,
Book 154,Page 649, is hereby cancelled,superseded and
relinquished upon executing and recording of this instrument.
That certain Easement entered into by and between PUBLIC UTILITY
DISTRICT NO. 2 OF GRANT COUNTY and City of Moses Lake,dated May
14, 1962,recorded May 15, 1962,under Auditor's File No. 409587,
Book 160,Page 214, is hereby cancelled,superseded and
relinquished upon executing and recording of this instrument.
