A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM JOHN H.LEE AND MARY M.LEE,HUSBAND AND WIFE.
Recitals
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
^J a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.JOHN H.LEE AND MARY M.LEE,have presented a statutory warranty deed to
the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved
1.The statutory warranty deed for the following described property is
hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15,Township 19 North,
Range 28 East W.M.,Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter;thence
North O'HMg"East along the east line of said Northeast Quarter 680.57
feet;thence North 89°36'12"West 360.00 feet;thence South 0°14'49"
West 352.22 feet;thence North 89°5r56"West 979.43 feet to the
easterly line of Central Drive as dedicated in Vista Village Shopping
Center;thence along said east line of Central Drive the following two
courses,North 26°48'50"East 401.38 feet,North 0°14'55"East 658.65
feet to the True Point of Beginning of this description;thence North
89°35'45"West 40.00 feet;thence North 0°14'55"East 75.74 feet;thence
North 10°46'29M East 335.65 feet;thence North 13°12/32"East 92.99
feet;thence on a curve to the left,having a central angle of
^44°24'55M,a radius of 20.00 feet,for a distance of 15.50 feet;thence
on a curve to the right,having a central angle of 129°22'18",a radius
W of 50.00 feet,for a distance of 112.90 feet;thence South 8°53'49n West
593.76 feet to the True Point of Beginning of this destription.
