A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM
RUTH S.BARKLE
Recitals;
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.

2.Ruth S.Barkle,a widow,has presented one (1)Quit Claim Deed to the
City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. A Quit Claim Deed for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of Lot 3,Block "A",Knolls Vista Addition to Moses Lake,
Washington,dated June 27,1946,under Auditor's file number 118028 and
located in Section 15, Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M., Grant
County,Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 15;thence
South 00-05-00 West along the East line of said Section 15 a
distance of 979.24 feet;thence North 89-55-00 West a distance of
45.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 3 and to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING;
a. Thence North 00-05-00 East along the easterly line of said
Lot 3 and the existing West right of way line of Stratford
Road a distance of 118.96 feet to the Northeast corner of
said Lot 3;
b.Thence North 71-56-09 West along the Northerly line of said
Lot 3 a distance of 10.51 feet;
c.Thence South 02-35-03 West a distance of 114.59 feet to the
Southerly line of Lot 3;
d. Thence South 62-39-50 East along the Southerly line of Lot 3
a distance of 16.87 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 1473 sq.feet,more or less.
