RESOLUTION NO.1569
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO THE CITY
OF MOSES LAKE FROM CYNTHIA L.COCHRAN,AN INDIVIDUAL
Recitals;
1.Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,
or any interest therein, to the City of Moses Lake,shall
not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by
the City Council.
2.Cynthia L.Cochran,an individual has presented one Quit
Claim Deed to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.A Quit Claim Deed for the following described property is
hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Tract #2 of the Replat of Park Orchards Tract in the
NE 1/4 of Section 15,Township 19 N,Range 28 EWM,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
That portion of the Westerly thirty (30)feet of said Tract #2 as
recorded by the Grant County Auditorfs file #664353.The
property is for municipal uses and is thirty (30)feet wide by
335.74 feet long,adjacent to Valley Road and Central Drive.
ACCEPTED by the City Council on August 28
