RESOLUTION NO.1581
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE GRANT COUNTY TREASURER TO CLOSE
THE WESTLAKE PROPERTY TAX FUND
RECITALS:
1. The Westlake property taxes outstanding are payable to the Cityof Moses Lake.
2.The Westlake fund is cumbersome,expensive,and unnecessary.
RESOLVED:
1.That the City of Moses Lake requests the Grant County Treasurer to closethe Westlake fund and all
outstanding Westlaketax receivables be transferred to the Cityof Moses Lake.
Adopted by the City Council on November 13,1990.
