A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED
FROM DENCIL AND JACKIE COOPER
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
^a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Dencil M.and Jackie L.Cooper have presented a quit claim deed to the
City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1.A quit claim deed for the following described property is hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Lot 1,Block "A",Knolls Vista Addition to Moses Lake,
Washington,dated June 27,1946 under Auditor's file number 118028 and
located in Section 15,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
That portion of said Lot 1 lying east of a line which is parallel to and
55.00 feet,as measured at right angles,west of the east line of said
Section 15,and lying adjacent to and west of a portion of said Lot 1
deeded to the City of Moses Lake for additional Stratford Road right-of-
way in quit claim deed filed June 25,1958,under Auditor's file number
320147,records of Grant County,Washington.
Adopted by the City Council on December 31,1990.
