A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOUR EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM
INLAND TERMINALS,INC.
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest
therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution
has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Inland Terminals,Inc.of Pasco,Washington has presented four easements to
the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved;
1.Four easements for the following described properties are hereby accepted by
the City of Moses Lake:
WATERLINE EASEMENT FROM WHEELER ROAD TO WELL 15
An Easement for municipal purposes located entirely in the Northeast
quarter of Section 20,Township 19 North,Range 29 East Willamette
Meridian,Grant County,Washington.Said easement being 20 feet in
width, 10 feet of width lying each side of the following described
line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 20;thence South 89°25,51M East, on the North line of said
Northeast quarter,a distance of 444.95 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;thence,departing from said North line,South 00°20,10"
West a distance of 1616.98 feet;thence South 89025'51"East,
parallel to the North line of said Northeast quarter,a distance of
824.70 feet to a point which lies 12.63 feet Westerly of the
centerline of a private railway;thence South 00°24'19"West,
parallel to said railway, a distance of 457.33 feet; thence North
89°35,41"West,perpendicular to said railway, a distance of 42.13
feet to the centerline of an existing well and the terminus of the
line being described.The side lines of said 20 foot easement being
extended or shortened to meet at angle points.

An easement for municipal purposes located entirely in the Northeast
quarter of Section 20,Township 19 North,Range 29 East Willamette
Meridian,Grant County,Washington.Said easement being 20 feet in
width, 10 feet of width lying each side of the following described
line:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said
section 20;thence North 00°25'00"East,on the East line of said
Northeast quarter,a distance of 715.46 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;thence,departing from said East line,North 89o35'00w
West,perpendicular to said East line, a distance of 1375.24 feet to
the terminus of the line being described.
SEWER EASEMENT FROM WHEELER ROAD SOUTH
An Easement for municipal purposes located entirely in the Northeast
quarter of Section 20,Township 19 North,Range 29 East Willamette
Meridian,Grant County,Washington.Said easement being 20 feet in
width,10 feet of width lying each side of the following described
line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said
{J Section 20;thence South 89°25'51"East,on the North line of said
^-^Northeast quarter,a distance of 474.95 feet to the True Point of
Beginning;thence,departing from said North line,South 00°20,10"
West a distance of 1616.98 feet to the terminus of the line being
described.
WATERLINE EASEMENT FROM WELL 15 TO WELL 16
An easement for municipal purposes located entirely in the Northeast
quarter of Section 20,Township 19 North,Range 29 East Willamette
Meridian,Grant County,Washington.Said easement being 15 feet in
width,10 feet of width lying Easterly and Southerly and 5 feet of
width lying Westerly and Northerly of the following described line.

section 20;thence North 00°25,00n East,on the East line of said
Northeast quarter, a distance of 630.66 feet;thence, departing from
said East line,North SgoSS'OO'*West,perpendicular to said East
line, a distance of 1375.22 feet to the point which lies 12.63 feet
Westerly of the centerline of a private railway. Said point being
the True Point of beginning;thence South 00°24'19"West,parallel
to said railway,a distance of 1519.88 feet;thence,North
89°35,41'*West,perpendicular to said railway, a distance of 73.69
feet to the centerline of an existing well and the terminus of the
line being described.
The side lines of said 15 foot easement being extended or shortened
to meet at angle points.
