RESOLUTION NO. 1600
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO QUIT CLAIM DEEDS AND EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF
MOSES LAKE FROM INLAND TERMINALS,INC.
Recitals;
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,
to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly
passed by the City Council.
2.Inland Terminals,Inc.of Pasco,Washington,have presented two quit claim deeds to
the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.Two Quit Claim Deeds and Easements for the following described property are hereby
accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
PARCEL FOR WELL 15
A parcel of land located entirely in the Northeast quarter of Section 20,
Township 19 North,Range 29 East Willamette Meridian;Grant County,
Washington.Being more accurately described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of said Section
20;thence North 00o25'00M East,on the East line of said Northeast
quarter,a distance of 595.65 feet;thence departing from said East line,
North 89°35,00n West, perpendicular to said East line,a distance of
1382.34 feet to the True Point of Beginning;thence North 00o24'19"East
a distance of 50.00 feet;thence North ag^Ml"West a distance of 50.00
feet; thence South 00°24'19"West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South
'x89°35,41"East a distance of 50.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Together with a 100 foot radius sanitary easement around the center of the
existing well which lies inside the above described parcel as required
under 248-54-125 WAC.
