A RESOLUTION ALLOWING STEVE AND DORIS WILSON TO BUILD ON UNPLATTED
PROPERTY
RECITALS:
1. Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allowsfor the issuance of a building permitto a proponent
who wishes to build on unplatted property after a resolution from the City Council.
2. Steveand Doris Wilson have requested the City Council to allow themto build on unplattedproperty
described as follows and illustrated on the map on file with the City Clerk:
The southwestly 40' of Lot 50 and the northeasterly 40'of Lot 51 of Crestline Addition
RESOLVED:
1.That Steve and Doris Wilson be allowed to build on unplatted property.
Adopted by the City Council on April 23,1991.
