A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE ADOPTING THE REGIONAL
LOCAL HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR GRANT, ADAMS, AND
LINCOLN COUNTIES DATED JUNE 1991
RECITALS:
1.In accordance with RCW70.105, GrantCounty, in cooperation with Adams and LincolnCounties,
has prepared a local moderate risk management plan entitled Regional Local Hazardous Waste
I j Management Plan -Grant.Adams and Lincoln Counties -June 1991 for the three (3)county region
^-^hereinafterreferredto as the PLAN.
2. The City of Moses Lake hasthe option of developing itsown plan,developing a separate plan for
incorporatinginto this PLAN,or to adopt this PLAN.
3. Afterreview of the PLAN itappearsto be inthe best interests of the public and the Cityof Moses
Lake to adopt the PLAN.
RESOLVED:
1.The Cityof Moses Lake formally adopts the Regional Local Hazardous Waste Management Plan -
Grant.Adams,and Lincoln Counties -June 1991 asa planning guideline for handling local moderate
risk waste until such timeas the PLAN is revised,amended,or updated.
Adopted by the City Council on July 23,1991.
