A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM JESSICA L.LONGSTON AND C.V. ZASER
Recitals;
^J 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Jessica L.Longston and C.V.Zaser have presented an easement to the City
of Moses Lake.
Resolved;
1.An easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the
City of Moses Lake:
That portion of Government Lot #1,Section 32,Township 19
North,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 32;
thence South 31'00"East,a distance of 1026.00 feet;thence
South 00°29'00"West,a distance of 30.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence continuing South 00°29'00"West,a distance of 265.42
feet to the Northerly bank of a lagoon and a point hereinafter
mentioned as Point "A".

Beginning at the true point of beginning:thence South 89°31'
00"East,parallel to the North line of said section 32 a
distance of 30.00 feet;thence South 00°29'00"West,a
distance of 265 feet more or less to the Northerly bank of
said lagoon;thence Westerly along the said Northerly bank of
the lagoon 30.00 feet more or less to the herein mentioned
Point "A".
Containing 7,956 sq.ft.more or less.
