RESOLUTION NO. 1641
A RESOLUTION CHANGING A FUND NUMBER
AND CREATING ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTS
RECITALS:
1.The city desires to maintain additional account groupings within the
Building Maintenance Fund and Equipment Rental Fund to facilitate budget
management of various portions of the funds.
2.The current fund numbers and account groups are too close together
within the currently used numbering system.
RESOLVED:
1.That the fund number 518 Building Maintenance be changed to fund number
528 Building Maintenance Fund and number 518's usage be discontinued.
2.That an account named Building Maintenance -Debt Service and numbered
529 be established within the 528 Building Maintenance Fund.
3.That an account named Building Maintenance -Administration and numbered
530 be established within the 528 Building Maintenance Fund.
4.That an account named Building Maintenance -Parks and numbered 531 be
established within the 528 Building Maintenance Fund.
5.That an account named Equipment Rental -Administration and numbered 521
be established within the 519 Equipment Rental Fund.
6.That these changes be effective for the budget and accounting year
starting in the year 1992.
