A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF NOSES LAKE
FROM D & L FOUNDRY,INC.,A WASHINGTON CORPORATION.
Recitals;
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.The D & L Foundry,Inc.,a Washington Corporation,has presented an
easement to the City of Moses Lake.
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 18,Township 19
North,Range 29 East,W.M.,County of Grant,State of Washington,
and that portion of Farm Unit 76,Irrigation Block 41,Columbia
Basin Project,Grant County,Washington,as per plat thereof filed
April 11,1951,records of Grant County,as shown and described on
the record of survey drawing prepared by Western Pacific
Engineering,Inc.,Dated November 1990,and as described as follows:
Commencing at a found U.S.Bureau of Reclamation brass cap monument
marking the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said
Section 18 and the Southeast corner of said Farm Unit;thence North
00°32'48"East a distance of 40.00 feet to the north right of way
boundary line of the county road know as Wheeler Road as recorded on
October 13,1948,under the Grant County Auditor's File Number
149756;thence North 89o44'10n West,coincident with the north right
of way boundary line of said county road known as Wheeler Road,a
distance of 450.01 feet to the point of beginning,said point lies
450.00 feet west of the east boundary line of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 18 and the east boundary line of said Farm Unit 76;
thence North 00°32/48"East a distance of 610.00 feet;thence South
89°27/12"East a distance of 20.00 feet;thence South 00°32,48"
;West a distance of 10.67 feet;thence South 89°27,12"East a
W distance of 123.00 feet;thence South 00°32'48"West a distance of
20.00 feet;thence North 89°27'12"West a distance of 123.00 feet;
thence South 00°32'48"West a distance of 579.23 feet to the north
right of way boundary line of said county road known as Wheeler
Road;thence North 89°44'10"West,coincident with the north right
of way boundary line of said county road known as Wheeler Road,a
distance of 20.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Resolved:
1.An easement on the above described property is hereby accepted by the City
of Moses Lake:
ACCEPTED by the City Council on October 8 ,1991.
