RESOLUTION NO.1650
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM D & L FOUNDRY,INC.,A WASHINGTON CORPORATION
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.D & L Foundry,Inc.,a Washington Corporation,has presented an easement
to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the
City of Moses Lake:
A portion of Farm Unit 76,Irrigation Block 41,Columbia Basin Project,as
per plat filed April 11,1951,in the Southeast quarter of Section 18,
Township 19 North,Range 29 East,W.M.,Grant County,Washington and
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 18;thence North
00°32,48"East,a distance of 40.00 feet to the north right of way line of
Wheeler Road as recorded under Auditor's file number 149756;thence North
89°44'10"West along the north right of way line of said Wheeler Road a
distance of 450.01 feet to the Southwest corner of the property described
in deed to D & L Foundry,Inc.recorded April 7,1991 under Auditor's file
number 849139,Grant County,Washington and to the True Point of
Beginning;
Thence North 00°32'48"East a distance of 23.00 feet;thence South
89°44'10"East parallel to the said north right of way line of Wheeler
Road a distance of 312.05 feet;thence South 66°03'19"East a distance of
57.26 feet to a point on the north right of way line of said Wheeler Road;
thence North 89°44'10"West along the north right of way line of Wheeler
Road a distance of 364.60 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.179 acres,more or less.
