1652o w RESOLUTION NO.1652 A RESOLUTION STATING THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE'S INTENT TO BE REIM BURSED FOR FUNDS ADVANCED FOR COSTS ON PROJECTS INTENDED TO BE FUNDED WITH GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS RECITALS: 1. The City of Moses Lake intends to construct,in approximately 1993,a new aquatic center (swim ming facility)to replace a currently existing,aging facility. 2. The City of Moses Lake intends to also construct,in approximately 1993 or 1994,a new main fire station to replace the current main station and an entirely new satellite fire station. 3. The City of Moses Lake intends to ultimately finance all the development and construction costs of the aquatic center,main fire station,and satellite fire station with funds raised through the sale of general obligation bonds. 4. The city will advance funds for some costs associated with the development and construction of the aquatic center and the main and satellite fire stations such as,but not limited to,architectural fees, engineering fees, site development costs,and land acquisition costs,prior to funds being raised through the sale of general obligation bonds. RESOLVED: 1.The City of Moses Lake intends to be reimbursed as allowed by federal law or regulation, with funds raised through the sale of general obligation bonds,for all funds advanced to pay for any costs incurred in the development and construction of the aquatic center and the main and satellite fire stations, such costs being incurred priorto the receipt of monies raised through the sale of the general obligation bonds. 2. The Cityof Moses Lakeshall keep an accurate accounting of the costs for which it intends to be reimbursed including City of Moses Lake engineering costs.
