RESOLUTION NO.1655
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING ISSUANCE OF A SECOND HAND DEALER
LICENSE
RECITALS:
1. A person,firm,or corporation cannot engage inthe business of being a second hand dealer
withouta license issued pursuantto Chapter5.22 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code.
2. The Moses Lake CityCouncil must approve an application fora second hand dealer store
license pursuantto Moses Lake Municipal Code 5.22.020 and directthe issuance of a license by
the Finance Director ifthe application is approved.
RESOLVED:
1. The application submitted by William and Dorothy Walkerto engage ina second hand dealer
business entitled "Antiques and Almost"should be approved.
2. The Finance Director Is directed to issue a business licenseto William and Dorothy Walker to
operate "Antiques and Almost"as a second hand store.
Adopted by the City Council on December 10,1991.
