A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TWO TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS TO
THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM A.R.CLAUSSEN,
Recitals;
V^l.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.A.R.Claussen,has presented the temporary construction easements to the
City of Moses Lake.The temporary construction easements to expire at
midnight June 30,1992.
Resolved:
1.Temporary construction easements for the following described property is
hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
Easement #1
That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 4,Township 19
North,Range 28 East,Willamette Meridian,Grant County,Washington,
described as:
Beginning at the South 1/4 corner of said section;thence South
89°31'25"West,along the South line of said section,559.12 feet;
thence North 18c56'14"West 1038.53 feet,to the true point of
beginning;thence continuing North 18°56'14n West 172.84 feet;
—thence North 89°27/54n East 292.57 feet;thence South 00°32/06"East
1/164 feet;thence South 89°27'54"West 238.00 feet to the true point

That part of Larson Air Force Base located in the South half of
Section 4,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,Grant County,
Washington,described as follows:
Beginning at the South 1/4 corner of said section 4 (whose
Washington State grid South zone coordinates are Y=668,620.92,
X=2,296,320.75,and are referred to U.S.C.&G.S.station "SPAD"
whose Washington grid South zone coordinates are Y=676,911.66,
X=2,288,625.74);thence North 89°27,54"East,along the South line
of the Southeast quarter of said section,765.04 feet;thence North
00°32,06"West 1150.00 feet;thence South 89°27,54"West,1706.57
feet to the Northeasterly right-of-way line of a 60.00 foot county
