A RESOLUTION ALLOWING GRANT COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT #1 TO BUILD ON
UNPLATTED PROPERTY
RECITALS:
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allows for the issuance of a building permit to a proponent
who wishes to build on unplatted property after a resolution from the City Council.
'-j 2.Grant County Hospital District #1 has requested the City Council to allow it to build on unplatted
\_J property described as follows and illustrated on the map on file with the City Clerk:
That portionofthe NE y*of Section 23,Township 19 North,Range 28 EWM,County of Grant,State
ofWashington, as shown and described on the short platfor the Moses Lake Medical Center Short
Plat drawing prepared by Western Pacific Engineering,Inc., dated December 1991, and as
described as follows:
Commencing at the nail embedded in concrete monument found ina monument case marking the
intersections of the centerlines of Plum Street and Ironwood Drive as shown on the plat of North
Terrace No. 2, as recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, on page 44, as found under the Grant County
Auditor's File Number 227757;thence north 53o04'30"west,coincident with the centerline of Plum
Street, a distance of 299.96 feet to the southeast corner of the plat of Grant County Homes, as
recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, on page 1,as found under the Grant County Auditor's File Number
624789;thence north 36°55'30°east,coincident with the southeast boundary line of said plat of
Grant County Homes, a distance of 330.00 feet to the northeast comer of said platof Grant County
Homes and to the point of beginning;thence north 53°04'30"west,coincident with the northeast
boundary line of said plat of Grant County Homes,a distance of 269.96 feet to the northwest corner
of Lot 1 of said platof Grant County Homes and to the southeast right-of-way boundary line for the

RESOLVED:
1.That Grant County Hospital District #1 be allowed tobuild on unplatted property with the stipulation
that no occupancy permit be granted until the plat has been filed with the Grant County Auditor.
