RESOLUTION NO. 1677
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WATER MAIN FOR MUNICIPAL
USE TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM BUSBY INTERNATIONAL
Recitals:
1.A water main was installed as part of Busby International construction
adjacent to Wheeler Road.
2.Said water main has been installed in accordance with the City of Moses
Lake's Community Standards,such installation being completed in March
1992.
3.RCW 35.91.030 indicates that water and sewer facilities,which are
developer installed,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon
completion if the facilities are built to city standards.
Resolved:
1.The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts the water main as
facilities of the City of Moses Lake and as such will charge for use of
such facilities as authorized by ordinance.
2.After April 28,1993,all further maintenance and operation costs of said
sewer main,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake.
