A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THELMA CROSS TO BUILD ON UNPLATTED PROPERTY
RECITALS:
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allows for the issuanceofa building permit to a proponent
who wishes to build on unplatted property aftera resolution from the CityCouncil.
2. ThelmaCross has requestedthe City Council to allow herto build on unplatted property described
as follows and illustrated on the map on file withthe City Clerk:
Lot 15,Block 7, Capistrano Park,less Tax #4605
RESOLVED:
1.ThatThelma Crossbe allowed to build on unplatted property withthe stipulation thatanagreement
be executed between the property ownerand the cityto provide for an access easement across
city right-of-way,a covenant be required to runwiththe landforthe construction of sidewalkwhen
deemed necessary by the city,a fire hydrant be installed as required,and a record of survey be
recorded.
