A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AND ORDERING A SEGREGATION OF AN AS
SESSED TRACT OF LAND IN ULID #3 AT THE REQUEST OF MILO NOVOTNY
1.A request has been made to the City of Moses Lake to segregate the assessment against a tract of
land subject to assessment by Milo Novotny.
..2. The Councilapproves that segregation pursuantto RCW 35.44.410,and finds it will not jeopardize
\~s the lien to secure payment of the local improvement district obligation.
3. The original tract of land assessed is:Preliminary Assessment No. 1 - Tax #10137 in 32-19-28.
4. The original assessment against that tract was pursuant to ULID #3 created by Ordinance No. 1339
dated October 11,1988.

RESOLVED:
1.The City Treasurer,upon receipt of the costs listed in paragraph 7, a certified copy of this resolution,
and a fee of $10 for each tract described in paragraph5 shall cause the segregation described above
to be made.
