RESOLUTION NO.1727
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING UTILITIES FOR MUNICIPAL USE
FROM MOSES LAKE TRAVEL PLAZA
Recitals;
3.
Water and sewer mains were installed and connected to the City of Moses
Lake's utility system to serve the Moses Lake Travel Plaza.
Said utility improvements have been installed in accordance with the City
of Moses Lake's Community Standards,such installation being completed in
December,1992.
RCW 35.91.030 indicates that public street and utility facilities,which
are developer installed,should be accepted by the City of Moses Lake upon
completion if the facilities are built to City standards.
Resolved:
The City Council of the City of Moses Lake accepts utility improvements as
facilities of the City of Moses Lake and as such will charge for use of
such facilities as authorized by ordinance.
After January 26,1994,all further maintenance and operation costs of
said utility facilities,shall be borne by the City of Moses Lake,as
provided by City ordinances
