RESOLUTION NO.1731
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM MOSES LAKE MALL
1.Resolution #238 providesthat all grantsof real estate, orany interesttherein,to the Cityof Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2. Moses Lake Mall has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1. The easement for the following described property is herebyaccepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portionof the Big Bend Center Binding Site Plan Plat located in Section 15,Township 19 North,
Range 28 East,W.M.,GrantCounty, Washington,filed April 4, 1990, in Book 13, Page 60 of Plats,
Records of Grant County,Washington, described as follows and as shown on the attached map:
