RESOLUTION NO.1748
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM THE NORTHWEST REGIONAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH.
RECITALS:
1 Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,ov anyinteresttherein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.The Northwest Regional Christian Church has presented an easement to the
City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1 A public utility easement for storm water for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
The west 20.00 feet of Tract 1.Christian Church Addition located in
Section 23.Township 19 North.Range 28 East.W.M..the plat of which is
filed in book 8.page 31 of plats under Auditor's file number 498523.
Records of Grant County.Washington.And the west 20.00 feet of that
portion of unplatted land in the northwest corner of the Sl/2 of the Sl/2
of the SE 1/4 of the SE1/4 of said Section 23..lying north of the
centerline of Juniper Dr.as dedicated on said Christian Church Addition
plat,more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Tract 1.Christian Church
Addition.-thence N00'20'20"E along the west line of said Tract 1.209.90
feet to the south right of way line of said Juniper Dr.:thence continuing
N00'20'20"E.30.00 feet to the centerline of said Juniper Dr.:thence
continuing N00'20'20"E along the east line of Columbia Homes Addition Unit
No.2.63.71 feot to the northwest corner of the Sl/2 of the Sl/2 of the
