RESOLUTION NO.1756
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM THE VFW
1.Resolution #238 providesthat all grantsof real estate, orany interesttherein,to the Cityof Moses Lake,
shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2. The VFW has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
RESOLVED:
1. The easement forthe following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
A utility easement inthe SEy4 of Section 28,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,Grant County,
Washington,more fully described as follows:
A utility easement 10 feet wide being 5 feet each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of the VFW Short Plat,thence North 44°28'25"East, 228.43
feet to a northerly corner of said plat,thence North 37°50'35"West, 23.23 feet to the easement point
of beginning;thence South 77°58'46"West,166.62 feet to the easement terminus. The side lines ofsaid
10 foot easement to be extended or shortened to terminate at the southeasterly boundary line of a
parcel of land as recorded under Grant County Auditor's Number 9208108039.
