RECITALS:

Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allows forthe issuance of a building permitto a proponent
who wishes to build on unplatted propertyaftera resolution fromthe City Council.
Paul andVirginia Hirai haverequestedthe City Council to allow them to build on unplatted property
described as follows and illustratedon the map on file with the City Clerk:
Tax #3744 and #3934
RESOLVED:
1. That Paul and Virginia Hirai be allowed to build on unplatted propertywith the stipulation that a
record of survey be required.
Adopted by the City Council on November 9,1993.
