A RESOLUTION ALLOWING CLARENCE AND MARY KILE TO BUILD ON UNPLATTED
PROPERTY
RECITALS:
1.Moses Lake Municipal Code 16.12.030 allows for the issuanceofa building permit to a proponent
who wishes to buildon unplatted propertyaftera resolution fromthe City Council.
2.Clarence and Mary Kile haverequestedthe City Council to allow themto build on unplatted property
described as follows and illustrated on the map on file withthe CityClerk:

1. That Clarence and Mary Kile be allowed to build on unplatted property.
