RECITALS:
RESOLUTION NO.1806
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTER-FUND LOAN TO THE PATHS
AND TRAILS FUND 114 FROM THE STREET FUND 116
1. Paths and Tails Fund is a special revenue fund and will receive grant funds at a laterdate.
2. The present cash balance is not sufficientto meet the expenses of this fund.
RESOLVED:
1.The Street Fund #116 shallloan $5,000to the Pathsand Trails Fundat an interestrate of 5% per
annum.
2. The loaned funds shall be used to pay bills payable from the Paths and Trails Fund.
3.The loan shall be repaid to the Street Fund #116 from revenues which accrue to the Paths and
Trails Fund #114.
