1808u u u RESOLUTION NO.1808 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE IN THE WESTLAKE SHORES MAJOR PLAT Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Gary Mann,Janet Mann,Wilton Crane,Harry Strouse,James Foley and Betty Foley have presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1.A public utility easement for storm drain to serve Sand Dune Road for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: A 20-Foot UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 32,TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH,RANGE 28 EAST,W.M.,GRANT COUNTY,WASHINGTON, LYING 10 FEET EITHER SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE: COMMENCING FROM A REBAR IN MONUMENT CASE,ACCEPTED AS THE INTERSECTION OF CENTERLINES OF ROADS KNOWN AS "SAGE"AND "SAND DUNE"; THENCE SOUTH 00°41,32"WEST ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAND DUNE ROAD,A DISTANCE OF 166.19 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°18,28"EAST,A DISTANCE OF 30.00 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID SAND DUNE ROAD AND THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 81o13'00"EAST,A DISTANCE OF 182.60 FEET MORE-OR- LESS TO THE HIGH WATER LINE OF MOSES LAKE AND THE END OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED CENTERLINE.
