RESOLUTION NO.1816
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE GENERAL
FUND ENTITLED "PETTY CASH ACCOUNT -PARKS/AQUATIC
CENTER"
1. The Parks and Reccreation Director has requested that a petty cash account be established in
the Parks Departmentfor $100.00 to be used for making change at the Family Aquatic Center.
2. The petty cash funds will be used for making change by the FamilyAquatic Center.
3.RCW 42.26.060 allowsfor the establishment and use of such petty cash accounts.
RESOLVED:
1.Thata petty cash account be established within the General Fund of the City of Moses Lake
entitled "Petty Cash Account -Parks/Aquatic Center",and that a maximum of $100.00 be
recorded into the account. The CityAccountant will arrange for a custodian of the account and
will periodically audit the account.
