RESOLUTION NO.1846
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT WITHIN THE GENERAL
FUND ENTITLED "PETTY CASH ACCOUNT -PARKS/ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICE"
1.The Parks and Recreation Director has requested that a petty cash account be established in the
Parks Department for $200.00 to be used for making change at the Park and Recreation
Administrative Office.
2. The petty cash funds will be used for making change by the Park and Recreation Administrative
Office.
3.RCW 42.26.060 allows for the establishment and use of such petty cash accounts.
RESOLVED:
1. That a petty cash account be established within the General Fund of the Cityof Moses Lake
entitled "Petty Cash Account -Parks/Administrative Office",and that a maximum of $200.00 be
recorded into the account.The City Accountant will arrange for a custodian of the account and
will periodically audit the account.
