A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN LEASE/PURCHASE
AGREEMENTS WITH SUTRO &CO.,INC.
RECITALS:

Itis desirable and important to the business success of the City of Moses Lake to lease personal
property consisting of equipment as set forth inthe 1995 budget of the City of Moses Lake.
The City of Moses Lake desires,from time to time, to lease said personal property from Sutro &
Co.,Inc.
RESOLVED:
1. The City of Moses Lake from time to time shall lease from Sutro &Co.,Inc.personal property as
set forth in the 1995 budget of the City of Moses Lake.
2. The City Manager is authorized to enter into agreements with Sutro &Co.,Inc.for the leasing of
said personal property upon such terms as may seem advisable to such officers, to execute
agreements,leases, applications forleases, and other documents in connection with or incidental
to, any instruments executed hereunder to be in such form and with such terms and conditions as
may be agreed upon between them and said firm.
3. The City Manager is also authorized to accept or direct delivery from said vendors of any such
property leased hereunder.
4.The authority given hereunder should be deemed retroactive and any and all acts authorized
hereunder performed priorto the passage of this resolution are hereby ratified and affirmed.
