A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED
FROM JOANN AMICK AND GLORIA MORTON

interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.

1.A quit claim deed for the following described property is hereby accepted

Commencing from a nail in concrete,accepted as the center of said section 15 and
a point on centerline of Valley Road;
