A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED
FROM PARKPLACE INVESTORS,P.S.,A WASHINGTON LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Parkplace Investors,P.S.,a Washington limited partnership has presented
a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved;
1.A quit claim deed for the following described property is hereby accepted
by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of Tract 13 of the Replat of Tracts,1,2,9,10,11, 12,13, 14,
21 and 22 of Park Orchard Tracts,recorded in acreage plat book 1,page 39,
records of Grant County,Washington,lying in the Northeast quarter of Section
15,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.,more particularly described as
fol1ows:
Commencing from a point,accepted as the intersection of centerlines for Evelyn
Drive and Village Avenue,thence Northerly,on a curve to the left,along the
centerline of said Evelyn Drive,with a chord bearing of North 16°18,55"West,
a distance of 32.24 feet,a delta of 02°27,48",a radius of 750.00 feet,through
an arc length of 32.25 feet,said point being the true point of beginning;
Thence continuing Northerly,on a curve to the left,with a chord bearing
of North 24°08,00"West,a distance of 172.05 feet,a delta of 13°10,22",a
radius of 750.00 feet,through an arc length of 172.43 feet;
Thence Northerly,on a curve to the right,with a chord bearing of North
25°21,59M West,a distance of 55.98,a delta of 10°42,25",a radius of 300.00
feet,through an arc length of 56.06 feet,to the North line of said tract 13;
Thence,South 89°36,15"East,along said North line,a distance of 32.26
feet;
-^Thence Southerly,on a non-tangent curve to the left,with a chord bearing
