A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM CYNTHIA COCHRAN
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Cynthia Cochran has presented a construction easement to the City of Moses
Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for all municipal purposes and uses for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15,Township 19 North,Range 28
East,W.M.,Grant County,Washington,more particularly described as follows:
Beginning from a nail in concrete,accepted as the center of said section 15 and
a point on centerline of Valley Road;
Thence South 89°52,27"East,along the South line of the Northeast quarter of
said section 15 and the centerline of said Valley Road,1128.94 feet,to the
intersection of Valley Road and Central Drive;
Thence North 26°46'35"East,along the centerline of said Central Drive,33.63
feet,to a 2"Brass Cap stamped "BEI",accepted as the Southeast corner of Vista
Village Shopping Center plat,recorded in Book 7 of plats,pages 54 and 55,
Auditor's File Number 660186,records of Grant County,Washington,
Thence North 26°46,35""East,continuing along said centerline,11.13 feet to
the southwesterly corner of Auditors File Number 664353;

said property;
