1936o RESOLUTION NO.1936 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE FROM RICHARD ZORNES,PERCY DRIGGS AND ARCO,INC.,A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION Recitals: 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Richard Zornes,Percy Driggs and Aero,Inc.,have presented an easement for municipal purposes and uses,to the City of Moses Lake. Resolved: 1.
