RESOLUTION NO.1936
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM RICHARD ZORNES,PERCY DRIGGS AND ARCO,INC.,A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
Recitals:
1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.Richard Zornes,Percy Driggs and Aero,Inc.,have presented an easement
for municipal purposes and uses,to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1. An easement for all municipal purposes and uses for the following
described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake:
That portion of the plat of Vista Village Shopping Center,recorded in Book 7 of
Plats,Pages 54 & 55,Auditors File Number 660186,records of Grant County,
Washington,lying in the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 19 North,
Range 28 East,W.M., Grant County,Washington,more particularly described as
follows;
Beginningfrom a nailin concrete,acceptedasthe center of saidsection 15 and a point on
centerline of Valley Road;
Thence South 89°52'27"East,alongthe South lineof the Northeastquarterof saidsection
15and the centerline of saidValley Road, a distance of 1128.94 feet, to the intersection of
Valley Road and Central Drive;
Thence North 26o46'35"East, along the centerline of said Central Drive, a distance of
33.63 feet, to a 2" Brass Cap stamped "BEI", accepted as the Southeast corner of Vista
Village Shopping Center plat,recorded in Book7 of plats,pages 54and 55,Auditor's File
Number 660186, records of Grant County,Washington,
v Thence North 26°46'35"East,continuing along said centerline,a distance of 11.13 feet;

right-of-way of CentralDriveandthe Northerlyright-of-way ofValley road,saidpointbeing
the true point of beginning;

distance of 11.19 feet;
Thence North 26o46'35"East,a distance of 131.58 Feet;
Thence South 85°43,44"East, a distance of 10.82Feet to the Westerly right-of-way of said
Central Drive;
Thence South 26°46'35"west, along said Westerly right-of-way, a distance of 130.70feet,
to the true point of beginning.
Containing 1311 Sq. Ft. or 0.03 Acres more-or-less.
