1937KJ Recitals: RESOLUTION NO.1937 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM JOANN AMICK AND GLORIA MORTON 1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council. 2.Joann Amick and Gloria Morton have presented a quit claim deed to the City of Moses Lake.
