A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN LEASE/PURCHASE
AGREEMENTS WITH KOCH FINANCIAL CORPORATION.
RECITALS:
1.It is desirable and important to the business success of the City of Moses Laketo lease personal
property consisting of equipment as set forth inthe 1996 budget of the City of Moses Lake.
ii 2. The City of Moses Lake desires,from time to time, to lease said personal property from Koch
^-^Financial Corporation.
RESOLVED:
1. The City of Moses Lake from time to time shall lease from Koch Financial Corporation personal
property as set forth in the 1996 budget of the City of Moses Lake.
2. The City Manager is authorized to enter into agreements with Koch Financial Corporation forthe
leasing of said personal property upon such terms as may seem advisable to such officers, to
execute agreements,leases,applications for leases,and other documents in connection with or
incidental to,any instruments executed hereunder to be in such form and with such terms and
conditions as may be agreed upon between them and said firm.
3. The City Manager is also authorized to accept or direct delivery from said vendors of any such
property leased hereunder.
4. The authority given hereunder should be deemed retroactive and any and all acts authorized
hereunder performed prior to the passage of this resolution are hereby ratified and affirmed.
