RESOLUTION NO.1950
A RESOLUTION ALLOWING AND ORDERING A SEGREGATION OF AN AS
SESSED TRACT OF LAND IN ULID #6 AT THE REQUEST OF PAUL AND
SOPHIA TORRES AND NOE AND GLORIA QUINTANILLA
1.A request has been made to the City of Moses Lake to segregate the assessment against a tract
of land subject to assessment by Pauland Sophia Torres and Noe and Gloria Quintanilla.
2. The Council approves that segregation pursuantto RCW 35.44.410,and finds it will not jeopardize
the lien to secure payment of the utility local improvement district obligation.
3. The original tractof landassessed is:Preliminary Assessment No. 1-Tax #3803 less T# inNENW
26-19-28.
4. The original assessment againstthattractwas pursuantto ULID #6 created by Ordinance No.1715
dated March 12,1998.

segregation except forthe $10.00 per lot or tract for segregating the assessment.
RESOLVED:
1.The City Treasurer, upon receipt of a certified copy of this resolution, and a fee of $10 foreach tract
described in paragraph 5 shall cause the segregation described above to be made.
