A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE
FROM MOSES LAKE SENIOR OPPORTUNITY AND SERVICES
Recitals:
^1.Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until
a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council.
2.has presented an easement to the City of Moses Lake.
Resolved:
1.An easement for municipal purposes in the SW!4 of Section 14,Township 19
North,Range 28 East W.M;Grant County,Washington,described as follows:
Commencing at the east corner of Lot 13,Block 105 Suko-Penhallurick
Addition,per Grant County records Auditor's File Number 157816,which is
the point of beginning;thence South 53°42,00"West,20.00 feet;thence
North 08°42,00"East,28.28 feet;thence South SS^S'OO"East,20.00 feet
to the point of beginning;containing 200 square feet more or less.
