RESOLUTION NO.1967
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A LOAN AGREEMENT
WITH GRANT NATIONAL BANK
RECITALS:
1. It is desirable and important to the business success of the City of Moses Lake to purchase
personal property consisting of portable ice rink and hockey equipment.
2. The City of Moses Lake desires,from time to time, to purchase said personal property with a loan
from Grant National Bank.
RESOLVED:
1.The City of Moses Lake fromtime to time shall purchase personal propertyas set forth in the 1996
budget of the City of Moses Lake as amended.
2.The City Manager is authorized to enter into agreements with Grant National Bank for the loan of
funds to purchase said personal property upon such terms as may seem advisable to such officers,
to execute agreements and other documents in connection with or incidental to, any instruments
executed hereunder to be in such form and withsuch terms and conditions as may be agreed upon
between them and said firm.
3. The City Manager is also authorized to accept or direct delivery from said vendors of any such
property purchased hereunder.
4. The authority given hereunder should be deemed retroactive and any and all acts authorized
hereunder performed prior to the passage of this resolution are hereby ratified and affirmed.
