A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1-90 SANITARY LANDFILL
DUMPING FEE
WHEREAS it is necessary to adopt a new rate for dumping solid waste at the 1-90
i Sanitary Landfill in Service Area Two (2), and,
j WHEREAS,the City of Moses Lake has studied a number of optional methods of
,J computing dumping and transport fees,and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Council has agreed that a rate of
$ .79 per loose cubic yard and a rate of $1.58 per compacted cubic yard is a
fair representation of the City's share of the cost of transport and dumping
fees in Service Area 2.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City is willing to pay to the solid
waste system $ .79 per loose cubic yard and $1.58 per compacted cubic yard for
transport and dumping cost in Service Area 2.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor this 10th day of March,1980.
