1030-.- RESOLUTION NO. 1030 A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE INITIAL DEVELOPERS OF THE WESTLAKE SEWER WHEREAS,Moses Lake Air Service,Inc.d/b/a/Pier 4,developed an R.V.park in the Westlake area,and WHEREAS,Poplar Sands Development Co.has purchased over 100 acres of property in the Westlake area for a continued development,and WHEREAS,Moses Lake Air Service,Inc.and Poplar Sands Development Co.have expended their resources to produce plans and specifications for a sewer system to connect to the City of Moses Lake sewer system,and WHEREAS,the said sewer system will be oversized to allow other areas not owned by Moses Lake Air Service,Inc.and Poplar Sands Development Co.,and WHEREAS,as the Washington State Department of Transportation has approved a permit for the sewer being constructed within the 1-90 right-of-way, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Moses Lake will serve the areas under ownership of Moses Lake Air Service,Inc.and Poplar Sands Development Co. as of August 1,1980 within the City of Moses Lake,Westlake area,upon approval by the City of Moses Lake Public Works Department of plans,specifications,and construction of sewer facilities by the said land owners,and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Moses Lake Air Service,Inc.and Poplar Sands Develop ment Co.be reimbursed for the oversizing or construction of sewer mains,force main lift station,adjacent to or through areas not owned by them in an estimated amount of $.015 per square foot for land area and/or $7.50 per front foot by property owner connecting side sewer lateral to their sewer mains.The actual cost of reimbursement to be approved by the city after construction is completed.
