A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON,ESTABLISHING A HEARING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 43 FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE
FOR HEARING UPON SAID ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF
NOTICE IN THE MATTER PROVIDED BY LAW.
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director has prepared the final assessment roll for the
Local Improvement District No.43 in the Lower Peninsula area described as follows:
Kennedy-Wutzke Addition;Hughes Rep1 at;Vance Emergy Subdivision;Young Addition;
Loop Plat;Free Methodist Plat;Lloyd's Addition;Penvista Addition;Lorraine
Estates;all or a portion of the Battery Orchards Tracts #32 through 52,55 through
65,139 through 184;Gaylord Place;and Municipal Tract #6 by installing a sanitary
sewer system.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,
Washington,as follows:
Section 1.That it is the intent of the City Council of Moses Lake that a hearing
be held on January 13,1981 at 8:00 p.m.in the City Council Chambers on the final
assessment roll for LID No.43 as prepared by the Public Works Director.
Section 2.That at the time and place fixed for the hearing the City Council will
sit as a board of equalization and will consider the objections made and will
correct,revise,raise,lower,change or modify the roll or any part thereof or set
aside the roll and order the assessment to be made de novo,and at the conclusion
thereof confirm the roll by ordinance.
Section 3.That all persons who may wish to object to said assessments are notified
to make such objections in writing and to file the same with the City Clerk at or
prior to the date fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Moses Lake,Washington,and APPROVED by
its Mayor this 9th day of December,1980.
