1068RESOLUTION NO.1068 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON,FOR UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and, WHEREAS,Poplar Sands has presented an easement for the construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake, NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: An easement for sewer main purposes being 20 feet in width and lying 10 feet each side of the following described center line: That portion of the North half of Section 29,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.County of Grant,State of Washington described as follows: Beginning at a monument marking the northwest corner of the plat known as Golden Acres;thence South 24°46,08"East along the center line of Westshore Drive,a distance of 850.2 feet to the monument marking the most southerly corner of said plat;thence South 32056'08"East a distance of 49.82 feet;thence South 37O20'52"East a distance of 192.75 feet;thence South 41033'53"East a distance of 896.72 feet to a point which is 10.00 feet northwesterly of the northwesterly boundary line of an access easement as described under auditor's file No.622426 records of Grant County in book 178,page 196 and to the True Point of Beginning;thence North 37°56'52" East a distance of 380.85 feet,said line being parallel with and 10.00 feet northwesterly of the northwest boundary line of said access easement; thence North 41°33'53"West a distance of 206.18 feet,more or less,to the southeasterly boundary line of the Plat known as Poplar Sands I and to the termini of said line,said point being North 36°33'52"East along the southeasterly boundary line of said plat a distance of 331.58 feet from the southerly corner of said Plat.
