1069RESOLUTION NO. 1069 A RESOLU TION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE, WASHINGTON, FOR UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS,Resolution No.238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and, WHEREAS,Poplar Sands has presented an easement for the construction of utilities to the City of Moses Lake, ',THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake: An utility easement being 15 feet in width and lying 15 feet southwesterly of the following described line: That portion of the North Half of Section 29,Township 19 North,Range 28 East,W.M.County of Grant,State of Washington described as follows: Beginning at a monument marking the northwest corner of the plat known as-Golden Acres;thence South 24O46'08"East along the center line of Westshore Drive,a distance of 850.2 feet to the monument marking the most southerly corner of said plat;thence South 32O56'08"East a distance 49.82 feet;thence South 37O20'52"East a distance of 192.75 feet;thence South 41033'53"East a distance of 564.43 feet;thence North 48O26'07" East a distance of 50.00 feet to the northwesterly right-of-way boundary line of said City street and to the southwest corner of the plat known as Poplar Sands I;thence continuing North 48°26'07"East along the boundary of said plat a distance of 283.64 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly boundary line of said plat on a 685.00 foot radius curve concave to the southwest an arc distance of 490.27 feet,said chord being North 48O00'02"West a distance of 479.87 feet,said point being the termini of said line.
