RESOLUTION NO.1091
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF MOSES LAKE,
WASHINGTON
WHEREAS,Resolution No. 238 provides that all grants of real estate,or any
interest therein,to the City of Moses Lake,shall not be accepted until a
resolution has been duly passed by the City Council,and,
WHEREAS,Jack R.Mitchell has presented an easement for the following described
property to the City of Moses Lake,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the easement for the following described
property is hereby accepted by the City of Moses Lake;
An easement in Section 27,Township 19 North, Range 28 EWM described
as follows:
Commencing at the quarter corner between Section 28 and Section 27,
Township 19 North, Range 28 EWM; thence South 00°30'40"West for a
distance of 167.68 feet to the intersection of the centerline of Neppel
Street; thence continuing South 00o30'40"West a distance of 1.43 feet
to the easement point of beginning;thence continuing along an arc that
is convex to the East with a radius of 40.00 feet a distance of 82.46
feet;thence North 00o30'40"East a distance of 68.64 feet to the
easement point of beginning,containing 943.49 square feet more or less.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by its Mayor on this 24th day of
November,1981.
